Webpage WGET as text w. Regex

Gets a web page url, converts it to text, and then performs a given regex match.

Very useful to grab just one element of a page, especially if you are monitoring a web page for changes.

To view all of the page, use a regex expression of (.*)

Arguments:
- "url" (string)
- "regex" (string)

NB: Don't forget to set your headers and use POST (not GET) for the arguments !!!
