Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use the ProcFu website. We treat WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a direction of travel rather than a finished state — as a small team shipping frequent updates, accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.

What We Have Done

  • Text contrast meets the 4.5:1 AA minimum across public pages
  • Images carry descriptive alt text
  • Form controls have associated labels
  • Links and buttons have accessible names
  • Links in body text are underlined so they are distinguishable from surrounding content
  • Embedded content (iframes) is titled

We test with automated tools (axe-core, WCAG tags) and re-check when layouts or styles change.

Known Limitations

There are areas we know still need work:

  • Custom focus indicators are not applied to all interactive elements
  • Some layouts do not reflow cleanly at very narrow viewports or high zoom levels
  • Heading levels may skip on some pages
  • ARIA landmark regions are not used consistently
  • Decorative icon fonts are not universally hidden from assistive technology

Reporting an Issue

If you run into an accessibility barrier, please email support at procfu dot com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Include the page address and a brief description of what you were trying to do. We aim to acknowledge reports within five business days.
